HARC is a registered charity and provides free advice, information and representation on all welfare benefits and tax credits, for residents of Hastings Borough and Rother District. HARC also provides home visits for elderly and disabled people and advice surgeries in various locations.

HARC has two charity shops in Hastings and St Leonards where your unwanted items including furniture, electrical items and TV’s will always be gratefully received. Both shops now sell a wide range of furniture at bargain prices including beds, sofas, dining sets, fridges, freezers etc

HARC advises over 15,000 clients in a typical year, raising over a million pounds in unclaimed benefits. Our outreach projects alone, raise thousands of pounds in unclaimed benefits for elderly people and people with disabilities.
