Who can volunteer?   Anyone that has some spare time and would like to use it to good purpose.
     
What will I get out of it?   Meet people, make friends, have fun learning new skills which may help you into paid employment.
     
What work will I do?  
If you like fashion, the perhaps sorting clothes might be for you. If you enjoy retailing, then helping customers, pricing stock or working the till may be right for you.
     
Will I need any special skills?   No, but if you have any relevant skills, they will be put to good use. On-the-job training and support will be provided.
     
How much of my time will it take up?  
HARC shops only ask for a regular commitment of one half-day session per week although more hours are available if required. Volunteers' expenses will be reimbursed if necessary.
